Evacuees from Fukushima invited to attend TOKIO's concert at Nippon Budokan
The people of Fukushima Prefecture have long supported TOKIO through segments such as the DASH Village project on the TV show hosted by TOKIO, "The! Tetsuwan! DASH!"
TOKIO invited the people of Fukushima Prefecture, who have been forced to flee their homes due to the Great East Japan Earthquake and the Fukushima nuclear disaster,
to their performance at Nippon Budokan on May 10 and 11, to cheer them up with their music.
The invitees include:
Tuesday, May 10: 300 evacuees from Futaba Town in Fukushima Prefecture and other areas in Tokyo and Saitama Prefecture
Wednesday, May 11: 700 evacuees from Namie Town and other areas in Fukushima Prefecture
